PIERCE Plan helps parents navigate the maze of initial eligibility. Parents receive at-risk alerts and notifications throughout the process. Additionally, PIERCE Plan is FERPA compliant, so parents do not have to worry about third parties accessing sensitive information without permission.

High school coaches have an efficient way of tracking their players and providing college scouts with academic information in real time. Coaches can also add links to highlight tapes to accompany the academic information.

HIGH SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS & COUNSELORS
PIERCE Plan mitigates the overinflated student to counselor ratio, significantly reducing the workload of a high school counselor. By integrating with high school student information systems (SIS), PIERCE plan is able to automatically calculate a student-athlete's NCAA grade point average and corresponding SAT/ACT score needed for eligibility.
